How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for most countries. If you happen to live in one of the few geographical areas where we do charge for shipping, you will be able to see the shipping fee during checkout.  

How do I wash my Hoodie Blanket? 

Our Hoodie Blankets can be washed by hand or in the washing machine. We recommend that you use mild detergents, cold water and a gentle cycle on your washing machine to preserve the softness. 

How do I check my order status?

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you've placed an order. When your order has been shipped, you will get another email with a tracking number. 

How long does delivery take? 

Most of our customers receive their orders within 10 days after the order has been placed. For more precise delivery times for your geographical location, please see the product description of the product you're interested in. 

Will I have to pay any additional fees or charges after making my purchase?

Depending on your geographical location, there may be additional import fees or custom duties.
